I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but I wanted to highlight the excellent service we received at lunchtime today. The two young staff members who served us were incredibly friendly, professional, and patient, especially as we don’t speak much English. They took the time to explain everything to us with a smile, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The pizzas were delicious as well. Keep up the great work, and thank you again! 💯
I recently ordered from Domino’s Sligo and was very disappointed with both the quality of the food and the customer service. I ordered a Pepperoni Passion pizza, but what I received had barely any cheese. When I called to raise the issue, I spoke with a female manager who insisted that the pizza was made correctly. After a long discussion, she agreed to send a replacement — but unfortunately, the second pizza was even worse than the first.
For a place that charges premium prices, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, my experience was far from what I would expect from Domino’s. If you’re craving a proper pizza, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
Visited a few times… the quality of the pizza is just as good as always at Domino’s. The Meatfielder pizza I ordered was delicious, with the toppings perfectly arranged on each slice. It looked great and tasted even better. Really appreciate the person who made it. Great job!
